Our Commitment
At Sophie Co., each candle is hand-poured with love in Puerto Rico. We take pride in ensuring that every order is carefully prepared and shipped to reach you in perfect condition.

 

Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM on those days will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

 

Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-demand seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

 

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via secure and trackable mail services. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sophiecopr.com.

Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement or refund.
