Our Promise

At Sophie Co., each product is crafted with care to bring joy, calm, and beauty into your daily rituals. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within fair and simple guidelines.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened candles, used soaps, or perfumes that have been sprayed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at info@sophiecopr.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you by email.
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, if approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement or full refund.
