What are Sophie Co. candles made of?
Our handmade candles are crafted in Puerto Rico with 100% soy wax, high-quality fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. We never use paraffin or toxic additives. 

How long do the candles last?
It depends on the size, but on average, our 8.5 oz soy candles burn for approximately 40 hours. For the best performance, allow the candle to form a full melt pool before extinguishing and trim the wick before each burn.

Do you ship across Puerto Rico and the U.S.?
Yes! We ship our hand poured candles to all of Puerto Rico and the United States. Orders are ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays with secure, trackable service. 

Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely! Our hand-poured candles make perfect gifts. At checkout, you can include a personalized message and mark your order as a gift. We’ll prepare it with care in our special packaging and without a receipt showing prices.

Do you have a physical store?
We currently produce from our workshop in San Juan (Ave. Jesús T. Piñero). While we don’t operate a walk-in store, you can find our handmade candles in Puerto Rico at selected pop-ups, concept stores, or place your order online at www.sophiecopr.com.

Do you sell wholesale or for events?
Yes! We offer special pricing for wholesale candles, corporate gifts, weddings, anniversaries, and sensory experiences. Contact us at info@sophiecopr.com and we’ll create a personalized proposal for your event.

Do you accept returns?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sophiecopr.com.

Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement or refund.
